Shipping & Care

• Domestic shipping is $25. Big Bangers may have additional shipping costs.
• Please allow 7-10 days for processing. I will update you with a tracking number once your shipment has been dropped off.
• If you're in Philly, local pick up is available at check out. We can schedule a time that works for both of us to meet at the studio. 
• For international shipping, use code INTERNATIONAL at checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated and billed within 48 hours of purchase. You are responsible for paying any additional duties or taxes related to your purchase.
• All sales are final. Items are photographed and described as accurately as possible. 
• In the event that damage occurs during shipping, please reach out with images asap.  

Functional items are food and dishwasher safe. However, they are handmade and should be handled with care. Hand washing is recommended for pieces that have unglazed exteriors or are painted with gold luster.
